Intellectual property

Once the project is paid in full, the client owns the delivered site. KoreDesk reserves the right to showcase the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed in confidentiality.

Client obligations

Provide the necessary content and access on time.

Ensure the supplied material does not infringe third-party rights.

Payments

Payment terms are set in each proposal. Work begins once the agreed deposit is confirmed.

Warranties and liability

We work to the highest technical standards, but we don't guarantee specific search-engine positions, as they depend on third parties. Our liability is limited to the value of the contracted service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to KoreDesk's provision of services. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts.
